All orders are processed within 7-10 business days, absent other notice. Custom or embroidered items may require additional time depending on design approval and production needs. If there is any delay, we will contact you directly.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery windows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Custom & Embroidered Orders
Custom and embroidered items may require additional processing time. We will contact you using the phone number or email you provide to confirm design details before production begins.
Because these items are made to order, shipping timelines begin after design approval.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
Address Errors
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
