Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or odors may not qualify for a refund. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.


Custom & Embroidered Items

Because embroidered and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • There is a defect in the product

  • There was an error in the customization that differs from what you approved

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item sent by us

We’ll provide a prepaid label in those cases.
